Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using any Solutive application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our Apps.

These Terms apply to all Solutive apps, including PDF Snap and any future applications developed by Solutive.

Solutive provides mobile and web applications for productivity. Our apps offer a free tier and optional premium upgrades. Features and availability may vary by platform.

All file processing in our apps occurs locally on your device. We do not provide cloud storage, cloud processing, or any server-side functionality for user files.

Our apps offer a free tier that provides access to core functionality at no cost. The free tier currently includes:

• Access to all core tools
• 2 operations per day
• No advertisements
• No watermarks on output files

We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through in-app messaging or our website.

Premium features are available via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are governed by those platforms — not by Solutive.

Annual Subscription: Renews automatically each year until cancelled via your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.

Lifetime Purchase: A one-time payment granting premium access for the lifetime of the app. “Lifetime” means as long as the app continues to be actively maintained and available.

Solutive does not process or store payment information. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google per their respective policies.

You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Process files you do not have the right to use or modify
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our apps
• Circumvent usage limits or access controls
• Use the apps for any illegal or unauthorised purpose

You are solely responsible for the files you process. Solutive does not access, review, or transmit your files. We have no visibility into the content you work with.

By using our apps, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to process any file you use with the app.

Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate in output.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solutive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data or files resulting from app use or failure
• Errors or inaccuracies in processed output
• Interruption or cessation of service
• Loss of business, revenue, or profits

Since all processing is local to your device, Solutive has no control over device failures or data loss on your device. We strongly recommend maintaining backups of important files.

The apps — including their design, code, branding, and content (excluding user files) — are the intellectual property of Solutive and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms — when we do, the “Last updated” date above will change. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance.

You may stop using our apps at any time by deleting them. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the apps abusively.

Our apps may integrate with third-party services such as RevenueCat. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our apps shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
